Chief Executive Officer 

Justin is a distinguished leader with over two decades of experience in high-stakes environments, having served 24 years in the U.S. Navy as a Navy Special Operations Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Master Technician. His military career included six deployments—three of which were combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom—earning him three Bronze Star Medals with Combat Valor Device. 

Throughout his service, Justin held key leadership roles, demonstrating exceptional team leadership as he served as Leading Chief Petty Officer on multiple platoons, Senior Enlisted Leader of an EOD Company, and Command Master Chief of EOD Mobile Unit THREE, where he oversaw more than 300 personnel. His ability to lead with precision, solve complex tactical challenges, and advise senior command on critical operational matters showcases his military discipline and commitment to excellence and service. 

Today, Justin brings that same level of discipline, strategic thinking, and construction expertise to Freedom Finishers. As President and CEO, he is dedicated to building a culture of integrity, precision, and performance—guiding the organization with a clear vision and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results for clients nationwide.

Daryl is a seasoned construction executive with over 20 years of experience in the commercial interior finishes industry. He began his career in 2003 with one of the nation’s largest interior subcontractors, where he developed a deep understanding of large-scale project execution and client service, leveraging his construction expertise. 

In 2013, Daryl became a partner in a millwork company, where his strategic leadership, influenced by military discipline, helped grow the business to over $20 million in annual sales within just six years. After relocating to Texas in 2018, he took on the role of General Manager at a major interior finishes subcontractor, overseeing operations, project delivery, and client relationships across multiple markets. 

Throughout his career, Daryl has played a key role in more than $500 million worth of construction projects, with extensive experience in Divisions 6, 10, 11, and 12. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results has earned him a reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking leader in the industry, exemplifying exceptional team leadership.

Chief Development Officer 

Scott brings a lifelong passion for construction and a diverse background in both residential and commercial projects, showcasing his extensive construction expertise. His journey began in high school with construction courses and hands-on experience at a lumber company, where he developed a strong foundation in building materials. 

At just 16, Scott launched his first business—a fencing company—demonstrating early entrepreneurial drive and military discipline. He later expanded his expertise at one of the nations largest interior finish subcontractors, managing lab build-outs and commercial service sales. This experience paved the way for founding his own general contracting firm, where he successfully led a wide range of projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, ADU build-outs, and commercial tenant improvements. 

Scott’s comprehensive, hands-on approach and strong team leadership, along with his ability to manage projects from concept to completion, makes him a crucial  part of our organization .
